Dr. Wilhelm is the customer advocate for ground, expeditionary, and Special Operations Command applications at Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head, Maryland. She holds a PhD in chemistry from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a master’s in professional military education from the Eisenhower School at National Defense University. She has worked as an action officer at the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, Test, and Engineering as well as a project officer for Marine Corps fires at the Office of Naval Research.
