Admiral Wainwright

Rear Admiral Richard Wainwright (17 December 1849 – 6 March  1926), was an officer in the U.S. Navy during the Spanish–American War. Wainwright served as president of the Naval Institute and was a frequent contributor to Proceedings, beginning in 1882.
